FVE invites you to attenda a joint webinar with the European Dairy Association (EDA) and the European Feed Manufacturers’ Federation (FEFAC) on Food and Feed Security in Europe on Friday, 16 January at 11:00 CET. The webinar will explore how veterinarians contribute to resilient food systems and where their role can be strengthened in prevention and crisis response. This event feed into the work of FVE’s Veterinary Public Health & Sustainability Working Group.
Subgroup Chair Paula Barry-Walsh will introduce the context and objectives, followed by Maurizio Ferri, who will provide an overview of the European Food Security Crisis Preparedness and Response Mechanism (EFSCM) as a member of the Commission Expert Group.
